No Cars, Buses or Bikes - Just Feet.

The Walk Across Oahu charity walk is inspired by the story of a brave friend who lost his ability to walk while serving our country honorably as member of the US armed services.

The 135-mile journey will take us from the Gates of Yokohama Bay on the western tip of Oahu to the Second City of Kapolei.  From here we climb up through central Oahu to the other side where the famous North Shore presides. After persisting through the long cool stretch of the Windward side we turn at the eastern-most point of Oahu for the final leg of the walk .  From Hawaii Kai we march all the way to the State Capitol to walk and rally for our cause.  After our rally, we make way for the finish line located at the Oahu Veteran's Center.

The entire journey is expected to take 4-days.  We will camp out in the backyard of friend's homes and will refrain from using any vehicles for our movement from one location to the next.  We will walk until the mission is complete.
